I went to their website just to see what kind of company they are. They have this club thing you can sign up for. I shared their company on my facebook and instagram and got a bunch of points. I guess if you get enough points you get discounts or free bags! Worth checking out I think.

I get billed on the 21st. I emailed customer service and they said you get charged on the 21st every month, which confused me but they explained that you get charged on the 21st to receive your bag on the 1st of the upcoming month!

One pair fit relatively okay (if not erring on the size of small), while the other was smaller and did not fit well at all. I wish there could be more accurate sizing.
