Update 2: I reached out multiple times before cancelling my subscription and didnt get a response. But after I cancelled and left a bad review I sure did. They insist they never got my messages, refunded my money, and sent me a free box in the correct size. Too bad one of the pairs was a repeat. I still feel like the quality has gone down since I've been a subscriber and it's no longer worth the money.
Update: I've been getting this box for a few months and was incredibly happy. Until I had to adjust my subscription and suddenly it told me I was getting size small (instead of medium). I immediately contacted the seller and alerted them to the issue and asked when I needed to do to fix it. I never got a response AT ALL. My next package came and both panties were size small. I reached back out to the seller to see if I could exchange or adjust my subscription and still did not get a response. So I cancelled. I did then receive an email asking my why I had cancelled and how I had contacted them, claiming they had never gotten my messages.
Interesting side note: the first several shipments were very unique and all came with Beneath branded tags. This last box, both the panties were generic and almost identical and did not come with the branded tags. Between the poor customer service and the decline in value I would discourage anyone...
We are very sorry that you had this experience. After reaching out to us, we wanted to make this issue right as this is not a common occurrence. The reason you received duplicate pairs is because your replacement bag was sent in the same month. Our product is ordered monthly, meaning all customers receive the same pairs within that month. The reason you received unbranded pairs was due to the material. We find that certain materials do not do well with tagging, specifically any laser cut pairs, therefore they do not receive a beneathe branded tag.

I loved the look of one of my panties but those did not fit. The other is a plain black thong of the same size and fits perfect.
We are so sorry that one of your pairs didn't seem to fit perfectly! We have changed our sizing options to allow you to select sizes based on styles if you ordered the mix pair bag! All you have to do is log into your customer account to make the changes!
Subscription and quality of the product is great but really no variety . Not sure if it is do to the size requested 2xl or not. The only thing that seems to be different is the color. Kind of boring but that is normal with plus size clothes.

Website is hard to use on mobile. There is no way to change sizing without emailing customer service though I was told by customer service there was. I got charged for but did not receive my second package. The first order shipped quickly and the panties were cute, though I needed a smaller size. Unfortunately one pair ripped the second time I wore them and had to be thrown away.
I've received 3 shipments of the 2 pair-mix it up subscription so far. The quality seems to be decent, fabric is soft and mostly colorful. My complaint is that I have yet to receive anything is "flaunt" I was hoping that at least the thong style would be a little more unique, but all 3 pairs have been very "basic". One pair was even a simple nude cotton. Because the price is acceptable, I'm keeping the subscription a bit longer in hopes that I'll start receiving something like in the pictures. I also wish I'd subscribed directly on their site, since it's easier to navigate and they have other features.
