It has been impossible to get a response from this company. They have continued to charge me for my subscription far past the time I set up for the gift. I have contacted them numerous times with no response. My account shows clearly that it was cancelled and yet the boxes keep getting sent and Cratejoy makes no effort to rectify this situation. Be careful when you buy here as the service always gets shuttled off to the manufacturer who doesn't respond at all.

My 7 year old absolutely loves these boxes. The quality is fantastic. The puzzles are really well thought out and clever. I wish you would make more of them because we've bought all 6 and want more. Each box takes her about 4-5 hours to figure out. They've been a lifesaver during this pandemic as a way to really get her to feel like she's having an experience. If you are sitting on the fence about these just do it. They made a fantastic Christmas gift as we're trying to focus less on stuff and more on activities. So good. Keep up the good work!!!

I loved the first two boxes. But the 3rd is just dismal. Many grammatical errors In the guide box, random puzzles, and very simple. My 7 year old solved the box in 25 minutes. Three of the puzzles had mistakes in them. Just an awful box.

My 8 year old grandson and I, have really enjoyed solving Mystery Boxes 1 and 2. It has truly been a collaborative effort, and taken us about 3 hours to finish each mystery. He will, likely, keep many of the trinkets, if not the entire boxes, as souvenirs of the fun we've had together. We're excited to receive our 3rd box soon.
Note: Take the clues at face value, rather than thinking every one is in code. You will save a lot of time.

Shipping to the US is super expensive, that is the ONLY reason for 1 Star. The experience inside the box was amazing!!!! My girls loved it and I wish I could afford to do all 6 mysteries offered.
