It has been impossible to get a response from this company. They have continued to charge me for my subscription far past the time I set up for the gift. I have contacted them numerous times with no response. My account shows clearly that it was cancelled and yet the boxes keep getting sent and Cratejoy makes no effort to rectify this situation. Be careful when you buy here as the service always gets shuttled off to the manufacturer who doesn't respond at all.
