Hi, thanks for your question. So cratejoy is a subscription service, so if you ordered a mystery manga box, you can either get a monthly subscription, which means each month on the 15th you will charged for another box and then we will send you one. Or you can choose how many months you want upfront and pay for them in advance. And of course if you do a monthly subscription you can cancel when you want to stop receiving boxes.
Q: Is this box kid friendly? Or what age range is this box best for?Asked by Jennifer T., November 2021
Hi! Thank you for your question. We curate the boxes to each customers preferences so yes they can definitly be kid friendly. Once an order is placed we email the buyer asking about the recipients favorite Genres, animes, age range, and any other important information. If it's for a child we would pick an age appropriate manga, stickers, and choose snacks geared more towards children :)

Hi! Thanks for your question. So after an order is placed we send you an email about your preferences within a week. Once a customer responds with their preferences we get their box mailed within a day or two after that.
But if a customer places an order they can always message us their preferences firstthrough cratejoy if they don't want to wait for the email. We see those messages immediatly.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the box. We actually did try to contact you regarding customizing your box. We emailed you March 23, the day after you placed your order and asked what type of mangas and animes you liked so we could customize it for you. Since we never received a response we chose a popular manga for you. Also your box should have also included chips and a drink along with the sweet snack and small candies. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy the manga box though. If there's anything we can do to help fix this for you please let me know.
