I think it is more dependent on your anatomy. A male targeted box will contain more penis-oriented toys and possibly anal toys (esp. for prostate). People who do not have a prostate or who do not have a penis would probably not enjoy these as much. If either or both of you have female genitalia, I would go with either the w|w box or try a W|M box for more variety.

I have the bi-monthly plan and what that means is you pay and get 1 box every other month. The contents are not multiplied, it is just a single box that you pay for once every other month. Bi-monthly boxes are great if you don't want a mass amount of something so quickly. I hope this answer helped!
