I decided to try to get this box in October and ordered with plenty of time for them to ship on the 15th. It is now November 18th and I’ve never received my order. I haven’t heard back from anyone.
They went MIA?? Did not receive product.

When I received my first package, I thought it was pretty nice, however not really worth the price. Then I got another month. Unfortunately my August box came destroyed and oil product inside damaged all contents, leaking out of the box. They asked for photo, which I sent. They said they would send a replacement box out right away. After 3 weeks, I asked the status. They said, oops, the box hadn't been sent yet, but they would get right on that. Still nothing. I received my regular next months box...still no August replacement box from the previous month though. I must have sent 10 follow-up emails via this site, as well as through my personal email to their customer service every couple of weeks to try to get status, or please credit for that month. They just ignored them all and yet still have never received a credit or replacement box. Very sad that the customer service was so poor and a 3 month old issue is still unresolved and has gone ignored.
After 3 months I only recieved one box

I started a 3 month subscription in August 2017. It is now almost half way through November and I still only received the very first box and nothing since.
