Q: I’ve been trying to find out when my November box will ship since it hasn’t yet and can’t get a response to any of my emailsAsked by Shawndell B., December 2020
I sent you an email regarding your specific order. Due to the flood of holiday related requests and questions plus increased product demand, our customer service email response time is a bit slower than usual. We are getting to each person as quickly as possible! Thank you for your patience while we get through this crazy busy time of year. There are also some FAQ's on the Terra Create website that may answer common customer service questions.
Q: Please ship to Canada 🥺Asked by Shadi D., December 2020
We would love to be able to supply our Canadian friends with craft kits. However, the shipping costs are enormous and our research has shown that the majority of potential customers would not be willing to pay $18 to $30 per month for shipping. As a small, but growing company, we're not yet in a tier where we could qualify for bulk rates to Canada. Perhaps someday we'll get there! Thanks for your interest in Terra Create.
Q: Is the current box a holiday box or the giving tree craft? Asked by Brooke H., October 2020
When you checkout, you have the option to ship immediately (5 biz days) or delay 1st shipment until December as a holiday gift. Gratitude Trees are shipping now for new subscribers. If you delay 1st shipment until December, it will be a different 1st kit. Most likely hot cocoa candles. Or something else winter, but not Christmas themed. Please note that we can not guarantee specific kits with subscriptions. Covid has increased delays with suppliers and reduced availability of some supplies. As a result, we may substitute another, but equally awesome craft kit to get orders out on time.
Q: If I signed up today 7/10/20, what is the current craft in the box? Do you sell past boxes? Thanks for any help or info you can provide😊Asked by Beth P., July 2020
Our Dream Catcher kit is the standard kit that we send for first time subscribers. They are in stock as of today, July 10th, though we do occasionally need to substitute other kits. A photo and preview are available in the Sneak Peek section of our Cratejoy Marketplace listing. Overstock (past) kits are available on our website. You'll have to look it up as its against guidelines to post it here.
Bought this for my daughter and i to do. Chose the for two people... we got enough stuff for four people to make. Everything was very well put together and we had a lot of fun. we are excited for the next box and wish we could order some of your past boxes while we wait !
Lots of fun for a date night in. We enjoyed it.
It was shipped all over the place..took a month to get. Also..came broken. The kids are excited for the pets that aren’t broken, but a lot of money to be broken.
This will be a gift for my 10 year old for Christmas so she hasn’t done the craft yet, but when I opened the box to check it all out I was blown away by the amazing smell! She received the hot cocoa candle making set and I know she is going to love this!!
I was very impressed by the speedy shipping and how well packed the box was. I’m really looking forward to doing this with my daughter!!
We received our first box this month. We had enough materials to make 4 windchimes - not just 2! Beautiful craft - great quality items. My daughter and I had so much fun with this one and are looking forward to many more!
The box I got is a gift for someone else, but I had it mailed to me. The box had gotten wet in transport, but luckily the box and the instruction pamphlet were all that were affected. Customer service said they would mail out a new pamphlet.
From my brief look, the product was packed very nicely and they looked to be a good quality. I was a little surprised at how small the box was - I expected there to be more crafts/box.
I ordered a box subscription for 2 so both by children could enjoy arts and crafts together and not only was there enough supplies for both of them our entire family was able to enjoy making such beautiful dream catchers together and the materials sent were of highest quality and worth the cost. I have ordered at least two other craft boxes for the kids and canceled due to cheep supplies or lack of supplies but I plan to keep this box subscription coming as I was extremely happy with how everything was packaged and the amount and quality of supplies. Thanks for bringing our entire family together for some quality craft time. We are excited and awaiting this months box and can't wait to see what beautiful arts and crafts we get to enjoy.
I purchased this for me. I have done a lot of crafts. I enjoy the journey to create but when done it would go in a drawer somewhere. Not these, they are gift or display worthy. Good directions but allows you to be creative.
What a lovely box. Everything about it is superb. My 12 year old daughter received a 3 month subscription. The first box is the hot cocoa candles. The instructions are very clear, the supplies are included, there was a history of chocolate for extra educational experience, and the end result is super cute. My daughter loves it so much. Thank you for the fantastic experience.
