Over a few business days I attempted to contact the seller once through CrateJoy and twice through email, never got a response. All social media links are broken. The way things are set up I would pay twice for my first box. Very frustrated with this lack of customer service. Bright side is I'm only out $10

I was so happy with the items I received in my first box. There were way more items than I was expecting and they were all very fun and themed. The only downside was some of my bath bombs came broken but that doesn't affect their use, just how they look sitting on my shelf waiting to be used :)
I think this box is great for anyone who likes bath items with a fun twist.
