Although it clearly states that it ships worldwide from the United States, they don't ship to Canada. After 3 month of still having not received the product I cancelled and requested a refund. Terrible customer service,I never received the refund and they are not responding to my messages. Don't waste your money !!!

I tried this once before but decided to try it again.....thinking it may have improved. I was definitely wrong. My entire box was filled with smashed items and I could only use an onion and two apples. Everything was loosely thrown into the box without any packing materials so it was pretty gross to have tomato and other unidentifiable stuff smashed together. I was completely disappointed!

I would be happy to reship you product for free. I am so sorry this was damaged in shipping. I will file a claim with the shipping company. These were beautiful organic heirloom tomatoes that have an amazing flavor. So sorry you did not get to see them arrive in good condition but we stand behind whatever we send 100 percent.

I bought this box and was immediately thrown off by the shipping cost. It's very misleading to list an item at a certain price and have the shipping cost double the price, especially when it's shipped in a flat rate box. However, I decided to give it a try anyway. My first box arrived on time. I didn't have the packaging issues other people have mentioned. It was actually packaged very nicely. I was disappointed to get 2 overripe avocados I couldn't use, but I enjoyed the rest of the items. However, I got my second box yesterday and half the items were completely rotten. There's no way the person who packed it didn't notice they were overripe. One of the lemons was completely green and white, fuzzy, and squishy. The avocados were in the same state. And the tangerines and one orange were way too soft. Overall it was pretty gross.
