Charged twice. No koozies. No reply from seller.
Ordered this as a quirky gift for my wife's birthday. Was being patient, waiting for the first box to arrive. The second subscription charge came before first box received. Waited a couple more weeks and reached out to seller. Never received a response from seller, never received a single koozie. DO NOT BUY.

Where do I begin with writing disappointment. This seller did not send the email "message" to the person I gifted this to, it was not included in the first and only shipment received - though it is advertised you can send a specialized message when gifting. So that was disappointment number one. First box came with a Koozie from a place that is closed down. So, I suppose this is a "rare" koozie - since the place has been closed since the pandemic started, disappointment number two. And finally, to top it all off, I was charged for three months of this box and only ever got ONE! One box! I of course allowed time for delay in shipping, thought hey, maybe something changed in dates. Nothing. Then I email the seller via CrateJoy site - who STILL HAS NOT RESPONDED. Again, CrateJoy refunded my money for the two boxes I never received. But this is by far the most disappointing box I could have picked. Do not recommend this.
