I’m so frustrated with this company. I ordered my box on 7/27, it’s now 8/31 and I have yet to receive my order or even an email stating the item has shipped. I spent $66 USD on this and can’t get a refund because the company is not responding to my messages.
Ordered in mid May, it's now August, no box received and the seller hasn't replied to the last 2 emails (the first one after 6 weeks I was told it was running late but then it still hasn't arrived after another 6 weeks). I've now had to contact cratejoy to see if I can get my money back.
I was billed twice for this box in August but never received one. I tried to contact the seller - no answer.

I'm so sorry you haven't received your boxes, they were sent to you from the UK, so can only assume they are held in customs somewhere? I also haven't been able to locate any messages from you.
