I bought a 3 box subscription for Mother's Day and the first box arrived within 4 days of purchase which was quite good but the items inside were such a disappointment. There were only 7 products and the majority of them were sample sized.
The whole box was maybe worth $15 - not the $36 I paid. Pictures on the Crate Joy website need to do a better job of representing what the customer will actually get.

We are so sorry you were disappointed with the box. cratejoy is a secondary platform where we market our box and only have so much room to describe it. Unlike our website.
There are actually two boxes to choose from and you happened to have the small healthy variety box which is a mixture of 5-7 full and sample sized items. I know it might not seem like a lot but each item does add up especially if you were to consider paying for shipping for every single item its self. We appreciate your feed back and hope to keep making changes to better serve you in the future.
