Q: I see from another post that you can purchase the Infusion and 1pt bottle kit separately from Cratejoy but I can't see to find it anywhere on the site. Can you please point me in the right direction?Asked by Marti C., November 2020

Our subscriptions include only the infusion blends and recipes we have selected for that box. The Infusion Kit and Bar Bottle Kit can be purchased separately on a one-time basis at a special discounted price with Cratejoy.

"We are loving the subscription box from 1pt. We were already customers and lovers of the product, now we get fun ideas for delicious recipes too. We are certainly amassing a lot of coasters. Other fun gifts would be nice too. My suggestion is a set of your 1pt infusion labels. We used to have them from our original set, and they have all been used up. They were such a nice way to showcase our wonderful infusions in the bar area!"

"Your packaging looks very mice, but it is sealed SO well that it’s quite challenging to open. Maybe consider a slightly less intense sealing process. Also I would love to be able to see what’s coming in the box so that I can choose from a few options or skip a box if it isn’t something that appeals to me.
We really haven’t enjoyed the sangria mix so I’d love to avoid in the future if possible."

I ordered this box back in early November and it was supposed to be shipped to my friend by 12/5 at the latest. It’s now 12/20 and they haven’t received anything. Neither of us have received any communication from the seller either. I tried reaching out to them a couple weeks ago and didn’t receive a response so they probably took my money and ran. So disappointed and definitely DO NOT recommend.
