Bought a three month gift for my dad. The first two packages were great. The third was very disappointing. We had a bad experience with customer service when USPS lost the package for over three weeks. Then it finally arrived only to find two flavors repeated already in just three months.
I'm sorry that USPS lost your package. We were in contact with you during this time, and we were following the instructions USPS gave while they located the package. That is not something we can fully control, and I was as frustrated as you were with the pace that they move at but glad they were able to locate it. I also am sorry about the repeat of flavors last month. We pride ourselves on not repeating flavors often, but Mondelez employees had a strike last month, and it was all we could do to even get enough product in to fill all the orders. We were not given the selection that is normal because they simply didn't have enough product. This has been resolved...

While it seems to take a while to get things rolling, it's worth the wait! It's always interesting to see what comes this month. And if there are any issues, personal contact with the seller is a huge plus!
We always ship all orders purchased in a set month, by the 10th day of the next month. So there could be a little bit of a delay getting your first box depending on the time. Also please be aware that USPS has slowed delivery as well nationwide. That is also a factor on our delivery. To ship any faster would almost double your shipping costs!

Honestly really disappointed with the purchase of this Oreo Box. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriends Dad. He is a huge cookie, specifically Oreo cookie lover. The boxes description made it seem like we would be receiving unique flavors and type of Oreos. The box we received had Peanut Butter and Mint....could they have been anymore basic. I could have gone to the local grocery store and bought both of less faster and for cheaper then waiting for what I thought was going to be this exciting box. Now I'm left feeling like I just gave the world's lameness gift. I will definitely never try this again or recommend it.
