Q: Do you ship internationally? (France)Asked by Farah O., October 2020
Yes we ship to France.
Q: Can 2 people share this box, or should we get a 2nd subscription?Asked by Allan G., September 2020
Sharing items from the box in highly encouraged!
If what you mean is splitting the cost of a box between two people, then no, that is not possible. It would be best to get two subscriptions.
Q: Are your products cruelty-free, paraben-free, organic, or vegan?Asked by Allan G., September 2020
Our products are all vegan, some are organic. Because most items are either food or crafts, a cruelty-free label is not applicable.
Q: When is my subscription billed?Asked by Allan G., September 2020
It's billed on once a quarter on the 11th.
I have been subscribing to Palbox for a few years now and have never been disappointed. My number one love in the Palbox is the Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil (certified organic). It is heads and shoulders above other olive oils in taste and quality. This olive oil always reminds me of the land and people of Occupied Palestine, pure and honest. We have received several Palestine-originated items in the box i.e., hand-made olive oil soap, tahini, sweet olive spread, packages of za'tar, couscous and sage. Each box includes literature on the items which are enclosed, including recipes!! Frequently, there is a small box containing jewelry or other Palestinian hand-crafted items. But, best of all, I have the knowledge I am doing a small part in supporting the solidarity of the Palestinians.

You have no idea how wowed my husband and I are by your PalBox, the way it's packed, the special labels and every word and design on them. It's fabulous.
Tucked inside was a additional glorious surprise: the sterling Palestine necklace! It is absolutely GORGEOUS, elegant and beautifully made. I wore it with such joy yesterday to church and am so excited to wear it whenever going out a bit dressed up. I'm elated by it, it carries so many layers of meaning and love with it, resonating with my heart for Palestine.
It's wonderful how the arts open a path to reach someone in a new way. People will ask me "what does that say?"
The Arabic script also reminds me at the bottom of waves - the sea...and the upper, a boat...Gaza bound...Sea of Galilee...the ship's mast, a cross. All are part of the story of Palestine.
We rejoice in your creative work for justice for Palestine and sumud. You're an inspiration for all.
