Our 6 box series includes the following:
1. Got Feelings Box: helps children become aware of their feelings and learn calming strategies to manage those emotions.
2. Let's Chill Box: teaches kids how to manage stress and the importance of self-care.
3. We Can Do It Box: develops the skill of motivation through growth mindset and positive thinking.
4. Kindness Matters Box: focuses on the skill of empathy and kindness.
5. I'm Strong Box: provides kids tools to practice calming down and problem solving.
6. Buddy Box: teaches kids how to effectively communicate to make new friends and strengthen their current friendships.
Q: What if I have children that fall into both age groups (your mini and junior line)? Asked by Roni N., November 2021
Both the mini and junior lines are intended to be used as a family, and many of the items can be shared and applied to both age groups.

My daughter and I were introduced to ParentingEQ during the pandemic, just as she was ending preschool and entering in person kindergarten. The challenges of parenting are tough enough during normal times, and only amplified by the changes the pandemic brought, so the timing of ParentingEQ could not have been better!
Needless to say there have been a ton of BIG feelings for all of us in the home, since 5 years old just have big feelings, because of graduating preschool, because of the pandemic, and because of the transition to kindergarten! The thing that I appreciate most about ParentingEQ is that is has given my daughter, husband, and I so many different ways to talk about things that we may not have otherwise talked about, both while we're using the boxes and even when we are not! My daughter has LOVED opening up every box to see what we get to play with next and she especially loves that it means we get to play together!
I can't wait to see our next boxes, especially as we progress on our elementary school journey!

I love it! This box has been such an incredible resource, not only has it opened my eyes to the importance of improving my daughters' emotional intelligence, we are having fun discovering these tools and practices together. The contents are high quality and thoughtfully introduced with an easy to follow guide. My kindergartener is intuitively and successfully using the "Take 5 Breathing" method to calm herself. It's working! We are eager to receive our next box.

As a homeschool mom, I’m always looking for things that I can supplement with to really get my kids in touch with their socio-emotional skills. Parenting EQ is my most recent acquisition. We are using this as our morning basket to bring us all together and set the stage for a conscious day. I’m looking forward to see it all come together. I really like the book, feelings circles and information, the chime isn’t as pleasant sounding as I hoped though.
I lost the guide book and contacted the company asking if they had a digital copy on their website and the sent me a new in the mail with a handwritten letter. So as far as customer service, you really can’t get better. I think that speaks to its quality.
