The Starter Box
All families will receive the ParentingEQ Mini (ages 4-7) or ParentingEQ Junior (ages 8-11) starter box when they subscribe. The starter box provides activities and tools to introduce the concepts of emotional intelligence, and lays the foundation for emotional awareness and regulation. A book, game, activity, and parenting tools are included.

I love it! This box has been such an incredible resource, not only has it opened my eyes to the importance of improving my daughters' emotional intelligence, we are having fun discovering these tools and practices together. The contents are high quality and thoughtfully introduced with an easy to follow guide. My kindergartener is intuitively and successfully using the "Take 5 Breathing" method to calm herself. It's working! We are eager to receive our next box.
