Love love love my PauseBox alter cards! They’re so beautiful and a great way to start my mornings with a calming presence. I take a deep breath, look at the beauty on the card, and let my body relax into the moment. They’re so wonderful for helping to ground me and remind myself of my daily intentions.

I LOVE my alter cards! The subscription of the cards is something I look forward to as it is a great reminder to take time to reset my intention. The cards are so beautiful and such a simple way to set,and remain focused on, intention and enjoy a serene photo at the same time! I have them posted all over my house as reminders and every time I see one, I stop and reflect or just get absorbed in the beautiful pic. Its like 10 second meditations throughout the day!!
