Hi John, you're billed when you first sign up for your subscription and then again every 30 days (unless you skip or cancel your subscription before the renewal). So if you sign up on the 10th, you'll be charged on the 10th of every month.

You can subscribe at any time during the month to receive that month's box. So if you subscribe on September 30th, we'll send you the September box (even though it will be shipping out in October).

This is AWESOME! I have 2 mini goldendoodles and they LOVE to chew. You’d think one of them was a pit bull with how aggressive he chews 😂 so needless to say, we are always in need of chews. And of course, if one pup gets a chew then the other NEEDS one too 😂 I absolutely love that about this box. There are 2 of the different chews so both Nugget and Goldie can be happy pups! It’s also a GREAT value. Honestly, I received way more than I thought I would!! I probably would’ve paid more at the store and these come direct to door! The box also has a few different kinds of chews too which is perfect for if one isn’t a favorite of the pup. So far NO complaints from them though! Awesome subscription, highly recommend!

I got the 50+pound size and 2 things my dog didn't even have an interest in. The bully sticks ( 2 packages) he ate 1 in less than 5 min. The ones I buy at pet stores or feed and tack stores last for a week or more. Total waste of money and joke of variety.

We're so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your box! We go to great lengths to curate a box that has a good assortment of products that most dogs will like. That said, every pup has their own preferences and sometimes we miss the mark. We do send different products from month to month, but totally understand if you didn't want to see what the next month had in store if the 1st month wasn't a good fit for your pup.
In terms of the product that your dog ate very quickly, I suspect that that was our Filled Esophagus Stick, rather than a bully stick. The reason that I say that is because the Filled Esophagus Sticks are esophagus on the outside...

Received 4 types of treats, but my dog only liked 1. I asked to send them back for a different type, but they would not. Some of the treats seemed very unappealing. Since there wasn't a wide variety, I wasted 30$.
