So I got a tree month subscription for my ferret and I revived my first month it has two good items in it for ferrets but the other three were not ferret safe. Then it came time for my second month to ship and I never received a confirmation so I emailed them and messaged them on Facebook and they responded that the next day I would get a confirmation, so I get the confirmation the next day and 5 days go by still says the package isn’t at a facility yet. Today I get an email that my subscription has been canceled pretty much stating that they are sold out of ferret boxes ( I assume they over sold) but they said I should be getting a full refund in a few days. Overall I think they try really hard to give every furry friend fun toys and treats but just can’t get out boxes like they need to and don’t have the best knowledge in some of these animals needs.

First off, I received a treat in the box that expired 1/25/17. Secondly, I requested a petite box for my 5 pound Chihuahua. Only 1 toy out of the 3 sent he could actually play with- the others were too large. I wanted to love this box- but unfortunately it was not a good fit.
