I’ve not gotten all my promised items either for the past few months. I ended up just ordering their pads only boxes after getting no reply from them. It’s unfortunate because I really like the pads so I’m reluctant to cancel completely.

Argan oil comes to us from our suppliers in Morocco other items in our extras are imported from our suppliers in other parts of the world. Due to shipping restrictions related to the pandemic we were not able to receive these items on time. However, for the month of August we were able to ship out extras so I hope that this answers your question.

While these are the absolute BEST pads I’ve ever used, I’ve been sorely disappointed with my extras. I get two boxes a month. One basic plus and one premium, but for 4 months in a row I’ve not received all the promised products. No heating pads, no face masks, never ever received a test kit. So while I’ll continue to subscribe because I love the pads, I won’t be getting the upgraded boxes and will be downgrading my subscriptions.
