I want to cancel my subscription but find no option to do this

Sorry to hear you had trouble canceling. You simply need to email us or go to our website to use a support chat. Wish you had reached out so we could have resolved it quickly. We canceled your subscription for you <5 mins after you left this review (our first notice you had an issue)
As far as finding the option to cancel on your account, you'll have to direct your question to Cratejoy, the marketplace reseller where you purchased. You just rated us, the merchant, 2 stars for not being able to find a feature on Cratejoy's website, which we have zero control over.
