Seller violates own terms. Did not ship product.
Makes excuses on the shipping, when he can't even provide the tracking number! (I work for shipping company).
Beware. If I don't hear from you about a refund, get ready for a subpoena.
I'm sorry about the shipping problem. Your order must have been lost during shipment, it was truly out of our control. We try to include tracking for all our orders, but for shipments under $20, it's simply too expensive for us as a small business. Again, I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I have fully refunded all your orders. I hope you understand.
I preordered for 3 boxes, but I only received one. I reached out to the seller to receive the one box I ordered, but the seller never responded to my question about the first shipment that I never received. I also have not gotten a refund for this missing shipment, and I have not received the 3rd box.
When the second one arrived, it was only an envelope with about 30 cards in it. There was not a booster pack as was advertised. My son was excited for some of the cards, but he was overall disappointed with what he received after waiting so long to get the 2nd shipment as the first one was never sent.
Payed $3O for mystery box took forever to recieve and recieved a small envelope with one pack of cards:-( not happy at all I can go to store and spend $5 for that.
Paid for 2 boxes, never received either.
Not happy at all I only bought one box more like one envelope 1 card 1 pack .... Would not recommend at all ...

I issued a refund. I'm extremely sorry about the package - it most likely got lost during shipping. It rarely happens and is completely out of my control. I'm sorry about this, If I could do anything about it I would. I hope you understand.
