I prepaid for a 6 month subscription box back in May and have only received one box. I've emailed the seller several times to inquire about my boxes and I get no replies. I cancelled my subscription. My money hasn't been refunded and I'm still not getting any shipments and I can't get anyone to help me. Worse experience ever! Not impressed with Posh Pak or Cratejoy.

I paid for 3 boxes and only received 2. I have emailed the seller and cratejoy numerous times and still have not got it. It’s been over a month and I finally asked for a refund and still no box or no refund. Very disappointed in the customer service I received from both the seller and cratejoy. I would not recommend either of them.

I got this for my daughter when she was 10 and choose the 13+ box. Occasionally she’d get something she really liked but for the most part it wasn’t anything she really used. Typically it would be like a pair of sunglasses, socks, some sort of cheap necklace/bracelet, maybe a notepad, pencils, candy, etc. I also got the adult version box for myself and found that it had at least half the same items that my daughter got in her box. We ended up cancelling both. If your going to try it, maybe buy one month first and see what you think because every month is very similar.
