Great idea, mediocre implementation

I love the idea of this and have really enjoyed the boxes that I've gotten.
The problem is customer service and delivery. Of the 5 months I've paid for, 2 were on time, 2 were 2 months late, and one never showed.
Customer service is abyssmal; you can't get anyone to respond to emails. They have sent out a couple of notes indicating they grew faster than they expected and are having fulfillment issues. They should be more proactive when they know they are having problems; this is the behavior that kills businesses. In their emails they indicate that they knew what was going on.
Like I said, I'm a fan of the content and have really enjoyed getting new things in my mail box. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long when they advertise "monthly". I will continue to give them a chance as they try to work things out, but my patience is wearing thin.
