I placed an order twice from “The Helping Animals At Risk”. Everything was nice include box, although nothing more than average. Love the idea of helping animals and receive my box 16 days after I placed an order. I placed my second order on November 12, 2020. Unfortunately, this time I am still waiting on this order to arrive or to receive full refund. I contacted the seller two weeks ago from cratejoy website, but still no response.
Then on December 13, 2020, instead of receiving the reply, I received email from them to leave the contents review, also stating that they shipped “package” on the same day I placed my second order with exactly the same tracking# as my very first order. Never know anyone who used exactly the same tracking# twice on the different order. USPS is only showing my/very first/previous order information which is showing item was delivered on November 06, 2020. There’s no way to track whatever they shipped on November 12, 2020. Besides I never received shipping notification from them.
After I received this email from them, make me wonder what is this company’s about.

Our December´s Box them was from two animals most people love Cats@Lions!
April Box
We decided to dedicate April´s s box to ocean protection. As you probably know, oceans are in high risk due to the exploit of the seas and the coastal areas. The climate change is doing this damage even worse affecting almost all the ocean creatures. So we tried to choose the animals as an example of those affected creatures. We had sharks, turtles, orcas, whales and Octopuses. All of them in risk in some way.
March Box
In this March box we included some animals we know lot of people love! Rabbits, ducks and pigs!
