Please refer to the email response you sent us when we asked you how you’d like to proceed. “I don't know. I just got short on money. I'm sure the box is great, I just really need a car. You can just keep the 40 for the trouble, I'm sorry I had to cancel.“

I received my first box today and I am in love. I like all the items that I received because I was actually looking for similar items online and now I can try these out. So happy I subscribed.
i signed up for this box, then had to cancel because of money issues. I never got a box because I only paid two of three payments, but I also never got a refund. Where's my money at???
Update: I sent an email and they have yet to respond or give me my refund. Horrible customer service!!!
Hi Hailey, you were emailed when you canceled your subscription to ask how you would like to proceed in either receiving a refund or holding out till you finished the payments. We did not receive a response. You are welcome to email our customer service team and request a refund.
Unfortunately I have not received a single package.
I put my order in on February and it still has not arrived.
There has been excellent communication through email about changing the size but This has been long enough.
I saw others had said it took a long time but had also given high stars. I want others to know that it really is insane. The wait.
You subscribed to the Quarterly Box option meaning your box was scheduled to go out in April. Our Quarterly Boxes ship in January, April, July, October as stated on our website. We are sorry for any confusion. If you would like to receive monthly boxes our Monthly Purposely Fit Box would be a better option, you can change it to this one in your account settings or email us and we will be happy to switch it for you.
