If you are looking to cancel your subscription please do so via the Cratejoy portal up on the upper right hand side, or email us and our manager Wendy will help take care of you. Unfortunately due to the fact you used initials I'm unable to look into your customer account, though I do believe I know which customer you are, and if so, you have been cancelled so no worries!! My initial package had items missing (likely due to a super small hole in the envelope), but the staff was great and were super helpful in problem solving.

This was posted on our homepage several weeks ago. You were compensated with a coupon for 25% off your next monthly renewal. I signed up in October with a first month free code and loved the product. I signed up for a once a month mailing. I was charged twice in November and three times in December. I emailed multiple times asking why I’ve been charged five times (received two envelopes including my free one so I paid for four other envelopes) with no response at all!!! I cancelled my card and I’m emailed DAILY advising me that my subscription will be cancelled because my card is declining...why are you trying to charge me daily?!?!
Also, after emailing several times I did receive an email with shipping notification for the four envelopes I was charged for. I did NOT want four envelopes at once, I wanted one a month like was advertised and signed up for.
This is like if I had called up and ordered one pizza and was charged for five, and revived all five—but I didn’t authorize or ask to pay for extra pizza!!!
Buyer beware, you may be constantly charged without your authorization and no response from the seller. I had to literally cancel my card to stop the charges from occurring.
I ordered this back in September and have just received my first package in yesterday's mail. I had to cancel my subscription because not only did cratejoy keep taking money out of my account about every few days, but I hadn't recieved my first order yet and at that point it had been about a couple of months since i had made my first purchase here. I talked to the seller, and was told that cratejoy handles the payment part and was also told that they sent out an extra shipment. I was refunded on one of the payments that was taken out of my account. As of right now, I so far have only recieved one of my orders, which I didn't realize was my order at first because it came in an envelope and I was expecting a box. I am relatively happy with my order. I think I may just use the seller's actual website for this particular box instead of going through cratejoy at a later date once I've recieved the rest of my orders.
SO sorry for all the trouble you've had with the charges! It's been as frustrating for us as it has been for you :( I recollect that we mailed out 5 envelopes to you so I'm crossing my fingers you get all your shipments!! I am happy to hear however that you do enjoy the curation and overall quality of our subscription and want to stay a member and I would be more than pleased if you do decide to join on our home website!

As I understand you've been communicating with my Manager Wendy. Please contact me directly (address email to me) so we can figure out what has happened. I know you were mailed out numerous shipments numerous times. So I'm a bit lost as to why you never received them. I believed we shipped you out approx. 4 shipments. Perhaps we have the incorrect address. Please contact me directly to resolve this situation ASAP. Thank you!!
After changing ownership, this went from being something I looked forward to each month. Once it changed ownership, the first order was just leftovers from the previous owner, and. I have not received the next two orders even after contacting the seller three times, hearing back once assuring me that I would get a replacement for September and that October's was being sent. I still have yet to receive either.
June's Shipment was a transitional shipment which used the last of the previous owner's supplies, you are absolutely correct. We apologize if this was to your dismay. As per the website and my email to you, the October shipment has not gone out yet due to a shortage in supplies and a back order from the supplier. You did not receive the September shipment and asked me to re-mail it along with October's which has not gone out yet. These will be shipped by Monday. I have attempted to email you multiple times with no response and now you are leaving a negative review. I apologize if any of this seems unfair to you, but I offered you a free month, gave you a coupon...

As we have discussed you need to address the double charging with Cratejoy, they automatically charge each month. I did credit your account an additional three months and gave you an additional 40% off coupon towards any membership you may have in the future. You became extremely argumentative and threatening to me and my staff when I was trying to work with you to find a solution to all your issues which was not appreciated. I do understand you were upset that your teabag got bent in the mail, I promptly offered to send you a replacement, as well as the quotes were stuck together so therefore you wound up getting an extra since my staff did not realize the piece of paper was stuck...
I enjoyed the items in this subcription very much and am looking forward to receiving the next shipment. I will be ordering some as holiday gifts and also the Miss Quote Jar for my cousins daughter soon, I know she will love it!
