Wow. If I had the option to post a negative star — I would! I subscribed over 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive any product. I have emailed customer service—twice — no response.
Lesson: skip this subscription unless you like throwing money away:/

Soooo upset. This was a gift for my mom and i was charged for it....yet it never shipped. I contacted this seller 2 times with no response. Cratejoy also took MUCH longer than the time frame they gave me to contact me back. It was finally canceled right before they were about to charge me AGAIN! Terrible customer service!

Shipping policy says they ship in two days. After three weeks it still hasnt shipped yet. It's been almost 4 days and I haven't had any response to my inquiry on the product that I paid for. What a waste.
