I ordered this box on December 14th and didn't receive it till January 6th even though it says 6-8 day shipping. Very unimpressed with the shipping and customer service. Contacted the seller three times during this period and they never got back to me so I had to contact crate joy themselves and they even had a hard time getting the seller to respond. Filled out the selection preference and asked for a romance novel but ended up with a young adult dystopian novel that just happened to have a love story in it but was not a romance novel. The rest of the products were okay but overall very frustrating and difficult process that was not worth the time, money, hassle or anything else in the end.
We responded to your concerns about shipping - as you may remember, the COVID pandemic brought shipping to a crawl during the incredibly busy holiday season. Many packages were delayed throughout the country. It was frustrating for all of us and required a lot of patience.

I signed up for a three month trial, but ended it after two months.
The books were okay.
I did not care for the add-ins.
