This is the second time I got a subscription for my elderly mother-in-law who loves to read. The first time I got the subscription as a Christmas present for 6 months. I got it again this year for her because she enjoyed it so much. The books have been a good variety; it introduces her new new authors she may not otherwise have looked at. Although it is pricey to ship to Canada, for me it is worth it - a combination of mobility issues and covid makes it difficult for her to get to the library. Thank you recycle reader for making my mother-in-law happy. Keep up the books coming!

You will not be disappointed with the books you receive from the curator. She goes over and beyond to find books that she thinks you will enjoy in your genre of choice. And, indeed I have enjoyed them all. Rarely Have I received a book I’ve read before but if so, I simply gift those to family and friends. Look forward to this delivery every month! Seeing the book wrapping makes me so excited, I literally skip into the house to carefully open the wrapping to reveal what amazing books I received. I try to cut the wrapping so that I can reuse the cool book motif for other needs.

I received the subscription as a gift. Hubby knows me well! I hate to see books thrown away so I always donate them. I'm such a lover of reading that it is so exciting to get new selections each month. Absolutely love this program. Can't comment on the price as I have no idea but I love to keep life in these stories.
