Q: What to do if something is worn out?Asked by Yaroslav A., March 2021
We are a mom-founded company, so we get it! If an item gets stained or worn out, just return it to us when you are ready to swap your items and we will do our best to recover and reuse the item as long as possible. If over half of your capsule comes back damaged, then we charge up to one month cost. However, that has yet to happen with our customers!
Q: Are there enough supplies for 2 people to use one subscription box?Asked by Gerard V., September 2020
You can choose to split your capsule into two sizes. For example. our Complete Capsule comes with 15 items, so some families choose to ask for 8 items in Newborn size and the other 7 items in 18-24 months. We do offer a sibling discount as well if you choose to order two separate capsules, using code SIBLINGLUV.

Your subscription is billed monthly on the same date that you signed up. i.e. If you signed up September 23, you would renew October 23, November 23, etc.

I can’t say enough good things about rent a romper! The clothes are adorable and high quality and I love the peace of mind knowing I’m giving the clothes a new life cycle. After my first kid I ended up giving away a ton of perfectly good clothes that she only wore a couple of times before outgrowing. Now, for our second we have a capsule comes anytime he needs a new size or style, and ship it back when we’re done. The packaging is super cute and the whole process is incredibly easy. Highly recommend.
