Are They Out of Business???

I have not received the last 2 boxes of my subscription and the last box I received the book was a repeat. I reached out to the company but I have not heard from them. Please Cratejoy investigate this.

I have been a subscriber of this box since the end of January 2017. In this time I have only received 8 of my 11 boxes and this can be verified from my subscription history. I have also received 3 copies of the same book, "Beyond the Pale Motel" by Francesca Lia Block, during these 8 boxes. Whenever I have reached out to the seller, I have never gotten a response. I will be cancelling this subscription and will be asking for a refund. This box has so much wasted potential! It could have been awesome but in reality it is worthless in my opinion.
Never Received Anything

What a disappointment. Weeks after I placed my order, I contacted the company to see when my first box would ship. Days went by with no response so I sent another email. Again I did not receive any response. Eventually I had to contact CrateJoy for a refund. It's been about a month and a half and I still haven't heard anything from them.
