Tried to cancel. Would not let me. The company contacted me and they fixed everything..
Hi, we are very sorry for your difficulty cancelling, unfortunately we did not create or code Cratejoy which requires you to login to your profile and click on the cancel button. If you had contacted us we could've done it for you as well. We've gone ahead and refunded your payment.
The selections of sample rums left much to be desired and were disappointing. The expectation was to have premium samples sent that provided access to high quality rum and the the first two boxes received were subpar to say the least. They were not close to the quality of rum compared to the September box, which influenced my decision to initiate a subscription. I would not recommend this product.
