I've had 3 boxes from Runlocker so far, and I love it. It's gotten me a lot of things I didn't know I needed and introduced me to some cool brands!
I have to say, I've been very impressed with the first two boxes. Have tried other subscriptions and they haven't been close to what Runlocker provides. It's definitely given me more enthusiasm to get out there and run harder and longer. Recommend this to anyone who is a seasoned runner or just getting into it. Good range of products that you can actually make use of and not just throw away.
Also, I've recently moved and I reached out to Runlocker to inform them that I needed to change my address. The customer service was fantastic.

I'm a keen runner (i've probably run about 25+ half marathons and 5 marathons) and I love my running gear! I've got my standard running kit (Gu, Brooks Sneakers, ClifBar, Glide etc), but since subscribing to RunLocker, I'm getting a curated selection of awesome stuff that I can add to my running drawer. If you're into running or you know someone that is, get this/gift this. You won't regret it!

Have signed up for the 3 month subscription and it has not disappointed. The products are awesome, and the personal note in the first box was a great touch. I would highly recommend runners of any level to sign-up for RunLocker.
I get it was over priced. I don’t think the items that were inside equaled the price of the box.

Hi Kyhl - we are deeply sorry for this delay, the postal service were under a tremendous strain this holiday season with an estimated 3 billion packages being sent over the period. Despite paying for USPS Priority mail service - your order was caught up in the onslaught of packages the logistics companies were delivering. Please accept our sincere apologies, we very much appreciate your patience and your support.
I purchased this subscription for my son for Christmas. I was charged twice in December but only received one box. Customer Service assured me that the box shipments would catch up with the payment. My subscription auto renews but the boxes have not caught up. I have missed multiple shipments. I have politely reached out to let this company know that my boxes are not being delivered. Each time I get a reply with an apology and an adjusted payment date or assurance that the boxes will be delivered. I have asked to speak to someone in order to remedy the problem but promised phone calls never occur. I have asked to cancel this membership but my payment date just gets adjusted. In all, I am missing multiple boxes I have paid for. And I don't think there is anything I can do about it. I will have to cancel the payment through my bank. Very disappointed.

Hi Christine - great question. We are aware that our customers may have special dietary requirements and we try to accommodate those requests in the products we include in our boxes. There is a option on our sign-up page to include any dietary restrictions you may have, that allows us to craft your box accordingly.

Hi Christine - depending on how you signed-up your membership will either expire if you did not select the auto-renew option, otherwise you will be billed on the last day of the last month of your membership term. You will also receive a reminder prior to the expiration of your subscription that your renewal is due.
