Paid for a year subscription (purchased a Black Friday deal in 2017), and have regretted it every month since. The boxes are very skimpy compared to what is advertised and definitely not worth the money. They advertise the crates ship the second week of the month, I have never gotten a crate before the last week of the month. I still haven’t received my November Crate and it’s December 12th. They are also still advertising that they do monthly challenges with bling and I have not received a single challenge. Customer service is non-existent. They don’t have a functioning phone number. They have shut down the ability for users to post on their Facebook page (and were deleting posts that mentioned their shortcomings, I’ve got the screenshots to prove it). I have tried contacting RunnerCrate via Facebook Messenger and through the website both via email and the chat function. I have been reaching out since July and have not gotten a single response. So beyond frustrated with this company.
I just got my welcome box in the mail and I am so excited to try all of the products. I am running a marathon in October and feel these products will help me along the way!
I have received a couple of crates and they are very over priced. I was thinking that the facebook community experiance that they were seeming to build would make it worth it... Nope! They promised free race entries every Monday in almost 3 months they have given out 3. When they state they will do something on a certain day count on it a few days later if at all. There are other services out there that actually care about the people they service. Don't waste your money.
