Got my first box and it is great. Everything smells wonderful and the Sacred Goddess team is extremely responsive if you have any questions or issues! Great way to try items from multiple women-owned Canadian small businesses!
still haven't received my first box, but I received my second and third box. No explanation of items,
not impressed . Customer service ....hardly!
they wont resend or provide a box in its place . I'd like a replacement for the first box I PAID FOR but never received.
Saying be patient with sipping...give me a break that was December .

As you and I have been talking pretty much every few days in regards to your first package which is in transit and on its way. We have also expressed how sorry we are for the delays which are out of our control and Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up transit times. We have advised you that we have put in an investigation in with Canada Post and we are waiting for them to get back to us. We also mentioned that most of the orders we shipped before your package was shipped are arriving this week. Box was never shipped.
Unfortunately, I have still not received my Sacred Goddess box. Order was placed on November 28.
We would have really appreciated you to send us an email directly and we could have checked the whereabouts of your box instead of receiving a negative review. Orders are completely backordered via Canada post and we are working around the clock to get all our boxes out in a safe and efficient manner.

As you purchased on Saturday November 23, your order was shipped December 3 and picked up by Canada post on December 6, we sent out numerous emails about the delays regarding Canada Post and the global pandemic.
I have left several messages to cancel my subscription due to renewal coming up in a few days and since I am not able to log into my account. When I try to log in I get an error message saying this "404 - Page Not Found" but yet they just tried to put a payment through and I get an E-Mail saying this "URGENT: We weren't able to process your payment". They want me to log into my account and update my "payment information" but when I click on the button that says "account page" to try to log in I once again get this message "404 - Page Not Found ". I just want to cancel my subscription before a real charge goes through. The boxes that were shipped out to me or the "ones that I did receive" since I did not get all my boxes which I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund on one of the boxes since they did not want to refund me for that one box which I still have not received to this date even though it was "shipped" I did not get it. But the boxes that were shipped to me that I was able to actually get I was able to figure out how much value in total the box was. I went to the company's websites and priced the items out myself to see if I was getting my moneys worth...
Received my first box this morning and I am beyond thrilled! Great array of products, also fitting for the Fall Season! I can’t wait for my November Box! I will be recommending this box to all my friends. I’ve already enjoyed all the bath products included.
Update: shipping has been hard on everyone during covid. They did not charge me for the box I did not receive due to being lost in transit. The product have all been great!
