Neither of my boxes are vegan as they both contain products made with
beeswax (the lip balm in the bathing beauty box and the deodorant in the
monthly deodorant box).

I have two separate subscription boxes at this time. The Bathing Beauty Box
comes with 4 products (a bath soak, a sugar scrub, a lip balm, and a
surprise product) while the Monthly Deodorant Subscription Box comes with 1
(a large deodorant).

Products not described as recieved. Deodorant was 1/2 a stick of tan colored unscented product. Said lavender tea tree, I know both scents smelled neither! Customer service was abrupt when I asked to return. I threw it out!

Hey there,
I'm so sorry you were not satisfied with the product you received! All of my deodorants are carefully hand-poured to the top and receive their cream color from the natural beeswax that they are created with. Although each product could be slightly different based on natural variations in ingredient colors (this happens when you use all natural, unadulterated ingredients!). I'm very sorry to hear that it no longer had the lavender and tea tree scent by the time it reached you. My guess is that the heat of summer caused the essential oils to evaporate from the top layer of the deodorant. Usually though, the scent will come out as soon as you use it as it is mixed throughout the entire product....

A total waste of money for what you pay for. Add to that it takes forever, isn’t good and is substandard ingredients. I bought as a gift and cant find a return policy or guarantee - I guess they know it’s a terrible product and don’t expect repeat business anyway. Terrible waste of money.

Just to clear a few things up, the delivery of my subscription boxes happens the first week of the *following* month after you place an order. This is very clear on my listing so I am sorry if you misunderstood that your package wouldn't come right away. Also, your box was delivered to Canada which is an entirely different country so the shipment could have taken longer than usual. I have no control over delivery time after the box is sent to the post office but I apologize that the delivery time didn't meet your expectations.
