We do not have an all punk option, occasionally they are mixed in with our mixed genre option, but we don't have them very often

What a great way to start a vinyl collection. the folks that put this subscription together have a endless library of records to choose from. I was surprised with how many of the records shipped to me I was familiar with but never owned. After starting this subscription I have gone out and bought other records form the artists presented by the Vinyl Record Club.
Fair warning these are used records. Some of them are 40 years old. All of the vinyl sent to me was in playable condition. A few needed a bit of cleaning. None skipped or seemed to damage my player. Many of the inserts are missing or frayed. Quite a few of the Album covers were in POOR condition. But remember these are 40 years old and regularly used.
I suggest picking a specific genre, and stay away from the mystery boxes. The first four shipments I had the mystery box. At least half of the albums were in a foreign language. I couldn't even read the track listings or liner notes. After switching to a specific genre I curation right on point.
Again this was money well spent. Just be specific with the genre, know these are used albums. and be prepared to expanded your music knowledge.

The only reason anything lost a star is that I did not want to be misleading. The records, every one I've gotten, have been flawless. The sleeves on the other hand aren't always perfect. I don't think that's a huge deal personally. I've loved what I've received and had a lot of fun with the comedy albums because I've known who half the comedians/acts were but the ones I didn't have been just as entertaining. And a note on shipping- the mailers they're shipped in keep the records very secure and intact I was very very happy with that.
