I've gotten no where. I purchased this as a gift for a family member on March 1. I've checked multiple times with cratejoy along with each seller. It's now March 27th and my account says it's shipping #2, when he hasn't even gotten #1 shipment yet.
Also, my other subscription thru crate joy has cheated me out of 1 box also. I am so VERY disappointed!! I didn't want to renew my other subscription since I didn't get my whole order. Then they just cancelled it on me. I'm scared to order anything else thru cratejoy, which is so disappointing since there are other boxes that are interesting. I can't believe I just couldn't get anything fixed. All I wanted was what I paid for, obviously what anyone would expect.
As mentioned via email, your first shipment was sent on March 10th via USPS Priority Mail. It should have arrived by now and it clearly got lost in the mail or stolen. We are so sorry for this experience that was out of our hands.

I am extremely curious if it’s bots leaving good reviews. I purchased this as a gift for Xmas. They shipped out the November box when I asked for it to start in December. I can forgive this. However they refuse to give me tracking, and said “first box is on us for the confusion, please sign up if you want to get more”... But I paid for three boxes already! This is a borderline scam
Not impressed. They have taken two payments but still no socks received still. Super frustrating
This is the worst monthly service EVER! The customer service is terrible, you'll be lied to (promised a free pr you won't get) and worst of all the socks you get are DAMAGED! Many other BETTER sock of the month clubs that send quality socks - DO NOT pay a penny or waste a minute of your time with this company! Trust me!
