Q: I purchased my Scottish Treasure box January 31, 2021. Did it ship February 1? Will I receive a tracking number?Asked by Laura N., February 2021
I was so delighted with the box. I ordered international shipping and succeeded to receive it before Christmas. The content is so lovely picked and chose. I'm absolutely in love with every item in the box (especially with the bobble). Sweets in the box are fresh and delicious. Defenetely worth the money.
Every box I got felt so well thought out, it wasn’t some store bought tourist items. Everything was carefully picked you can really tell that they enjoy what they do by looking at the boxes. I’ve never left a review in my life so me leaving one now says a lot lol. And Every time I’ve emailed them with an issue or concern they resolved it right away in such a polite manner.
Review for my 2nd box 2/21: Received my 2nd box, and WOW what a difference! Loved every item! Everything about this box was so much better than the last box I received! The presentation was well thought out & carefully packed. The assortment was wonderful! I especially loved the nicely boxed plaid coin purse, the gorgeous coaster, beautiful artwork, boxed bracelet, and the macaroons! I immediately could tell that each item was carefully selected & packed nicely. The only downside was that I noticed I was allergic to the straw used in the packaging, other than that this box was a big hit! Thank you!
Good day Antoinette, I am afraid due to covid we are slightly short staffed and it is hard to get to everyone as quickly as we possibly can. We have replied to you without a reply so far but are of course looking to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
As for the taste of the sweets and some of the items you aren't fond off, I am afraid that is the fun of mystery boxes, sometimes you like things and sometimes you don't. However, with our boxes we can always promise the best of quality as each product is beautifully handmade by an artist and artisan within Scotland.
Thank you :)
This is a fun box! Even though I only did the "lite" subscription, I received a little bit of everything: knick knacks, cookies, art, tea accoutrements... I recommend it to anyone interested in getting a little bright spot of Scotland each month.
The photo is just some of what I received. Loved the box. Everything was nicely wrapped. There was no doubt it was all from Scotland. It took awhile to receive but totally understand that. It came along ways and our US mail is slow with the Covid happening. Best Subscription box I have received in a long time. I’ve given up on most boxes. This one is a keeper. Loved the tartan ribbons. This was the deluxe treasure box I had subscribed to.
This was such a heartbreaking disappointment 😢 I waited ever so excitedly for this box for two months only to have my heart entirely crushed when it arrived to be a bag of chips, a postcard, a small poorly done painting of Scottish terriers,a printed pic of a castle and a wordless tiny greeting card for the $45 dollars I spent. I definitely do not recommend!!
Omg 😊 love this box. I went for the delux box and so glad I did. Such beautiful handcrafted items. Well worth the money. I will look forward to this subscription every month. Really cheered me up. Love love love 💕
I have just received my third box and I would like to say Thankyou. All three boxes have been as good as the last and the delivery is spot on. I have no negatives with this subscription 👍
My daughter loved her box and looks forward to the 2nd as her very special birthday gift!
I am absolutely over the moon with my first Scottish Treasure box. I love everything, especially the spurtle, which I had never even heard of, and now I have my very own with which to stir my porridge, which I loved. Has anyone ever said they loved their porridge? And as I said, I love everything, and I'm so glad I am getting the Deluxe box so I get everything sent to me from Scotland, the home of my father's father's fathers, to me in Texas!
Beautifully wrapped and packaged. Even delicate glassware arrived safely. Sure it takes some time to travel so far, but the delightful items were worth the wait. Thanks for sharing your Scottish treasures!
