Q: I don't understand how many items you get or what types of things you get. For example, do you get a pain rub every month? Encouraging bookmark? Some self care item like bath salts? I want detailsAsked by Melanie H., October 2019
Hello! Great question. Every month you will get a box full of new items. It ranges from about 5-8 items per month and you will never receive the same thing twice. For example we have several different salves but they are all for different things! Thanks for asking. Sending Spoons
I am so disappointed. My first box was nice, but boring the reviews on cratejoy from sending spoons over and over comment about how the boxes just get better and how much better the second box will be. I was excited to get my box today as I’ve been struggling with tons of pain and was excited for a pick me up. I was so upset by my box I actually made me cry.
All I received was a smashed bath bomb, tiny can of salve that is 95% empty, a generic candle, a coloring box that is impossible to color with arthritic hands, and socks. The socks are nice but very fall/ winter color and design, not useful in June..
This box sounds wonderful but is a great disappointment. I am so sorry I wasted what little money I had on this.
Literally the worst subscription box I’ve ever received. It was a bunch of random samples and a hand made “mini-journal” a cheap mug and the chapstick was opened already. Complete and total waste of money and nothing like what was advertised!
Thanks for the review! I’m sorry you feel this way. However it’s just our intro box, we have things like vogmasks and cbd bath bombs and shirts in others. If you ever change your mind or want to give us another try let me know and I’ll send you a code! Thanks for your support!
I just received my first box In it was a mug (Im so sick of mugs ) , a small hand sanitizer I could have purchased in a dollar store, a very flimsy sleep mask (again I feel this is a dollar store item) a poorly made, tiny plastic pill box , a Kong toy for my dog (best item in the box), a few ginger Chews , a lollipop, a small chocolate spoon, a few tea bags and an inspiration card. It was packed with styrofoam peanuts. I feel like no thought was put into it. VERY disappointed. NOT worth the value the assigned and what I paid. I cancelled my subscription
Hello Susan, thank you for taking the time to to address your concerns. We appreciate your feedback and we are taking it into consideration and making changes to our first box now!
I wanted to address a couple of the key points. A lot of our product is donated by the company. Such as the Bath and Body works hand sanitizers. The coola samples the chronic illness pins and some others. It is definitely our intro box and we have put a lot of thought into each box. I’m so sorry you didn’t find value in all the items.
We are sorry you didn’t love your mug. We plan to start giving mugs with our logo and a little more personalization. We have those with...
Being chronically ill is hard and this box was super cute to get in the mail. Thank you. Hugs and positive energy
Really happy with this box. I'm always pleasantly surprised :).
I had hopes for this kind of box. I have Lupus and MS. What I received was a broken coffee mug, without all the pieces, so it wasn't put in there whole, and some dollar tree style items that I could have gotten for a whole lot less.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can assure you the mug was placed in the middle of the peanuts whole, I’d be more than happy to add another mug in your second box to replace the first one that was broken. It saddens me that you feel these items could be bought at a dollar store. The pearl ribbon bracelets are handmade by another chronic illness warrior. Bath and body works donated the hand sanitizers. I hope you feel much more relieved after the second box. As we mentioned in the letter in your first box it is focused on anxiety and has many items to help! Thanks for contacting and giving us a second chance by not cancelling.
The items were as pictured. Shipped quickly and I have no complaints. Nice box.
I don’t like tea. I didn’t get my ribbon pin or muscle rub. (And I’m in chronic pain) I dug around those peanuts and was disappointed.
when I signed up for sending spoons I was a bit nervous on what I would be getting in each box. But after box number one I knew it was the right box for me! Receiving this box while I was in the hospital helped me get through my next couple of days. I used everything in my box during my stay!! Great box! And thanks for the motivational quote!!
I was so disappointed when I received this box. Customer service was slow until I tried to cancel the first time, but not when I emailed them looking for my package. It took forever to arrive. They were about to renew my subscription and I didn’t even receive the first one, so I can a canceled it. When it did arrive, I couldn’t believe how much I paid for about $6.00 worth of products! I even received a dog toy and I don’t have a dog! I understand sending a dog toy if you knew in fact someone did have a service dog or dog, but really? The mug was cute, but looked used. The little packages of candy and lotions were nice and all, but literally so cheap. Candy, a broken chocolate spoon and a cheap sleep mask? It basically looked like dollar store stuff. Sorry, but I’m definitely not impressed.
Thanks for your time in letting us know your concerns with our subscription boxes. I’m sorry you feel our customer service is slow. We respond to all emails as soon as we get them, except for on sundays. For some reason I can’t find any from you other than the one that was previously addressed so please resend it if we haven’t already talked about it.
I want to address some of your key issues and make your experience brighter. Your Box was shipped on our normal processing date for each box, however I think because of the closeness of Christmas, the mail system was a little slow but I do apologize in your wait.
