Hi Gail! We're so sorry to hear there was some confusion with your Ginuary Box! It should've included a card outlining the fact that we decided at the last moment to remove the fresh limes to eliminate the chance of them spoiling in transit, as the USPS delays from December hadn't yet recovered to a satisfactory level. In lieu of it, we included a unique coupon code for our Make More Store, where you can get $8 off and free shipping on any order. Now that we no longer have those shipping-related concerns, all boxes will include all ingredients to make each cocktail (with few exceptions). Cheers!

If anything is ever amiss with your subscription, I hope you won't hesitate to contact our customer support team so that they can help :) We'd never leave you stuck with a box you can't enjoy. We also announce our boxes several weeks before they're due to ship, so that you may request to skip any that you may not enjoy (or any that you've had before!). It's rare, but sometimes we will do a special re-release of a past box if the people ask for it. I hope this helps, and thank you for mixing with us!

Well, the truth is that liquor laws are really complicated and shipping it also gets very expensive (a cost we wouldn't want to have to pass on to our subscribers). After considering all the options, we decided that it would be best to send you our unique recipes and cocktail ingredients while allowing you to buy the liquor at your local shop according to your budget and preferred brands.
