I subscribed as a early Christmas gift to myself and everything was lovely. I received socks, a necklace,emergency stain remover (god send bless you!),wipes, the Most delicious biscuits, and some heavenly smelling soap. All it was needed but nothing wowed me. I have recieved two of these boxes and four payments have been taken. The products in the box you can buy retail for much cheaper than the cost of the box. It is absolutely not worth it. They said they put a special gift in because of delays due to the hurricane but nothing different was provided in the international boxes compared to the domestic ones like they said.
I have emailed three times with absolutely no response. Anytime I ask where the product is on Instagram they delete my comment.
Do not purchase this subscription box. There are much better ones our there with employees that provide amazing customer service instead of none at all.

I signed up using a discount code in 2019. I received the box but thought it was full of cheaply-made junk and nothing I was interested in, so I canceled. The moment I canceled I was charged a full month. No phone number so I had to email them. No reply for a several days so I went to Facebook (which is where I saw their ad). Read a few comments and I saw that I wasn’t the only one this happened to, so I also left a comment. Like the other lady, my comment was deleted, and I was blocked from leaving comments. Some customer service from a start up! They finally stopped sending me their awful product and stopped charging me. I’m reading now that they are charging for 6 months when you cancel?! That is a very expensive mistake. Looks like they got their customer service under control to get these negative reviews to stop. Glad to hear you are all happy with your purchases but it was just a box of junk for me.

Definitely for a single person! But, the Zodiac Charm bracelet probably wouldn't fit my niece it's so tiny. The Spongelle is amazing! I've used this product before and love it! The cream cleanser, So Susan, is interesting, haven't tried it yet. The Sweet Feet socks, these would fit her feet but not an adult's foot, I tried, soooo tight! Ivy Olivia travel set is interesting, however I honestly don't travel enough to even warrant the storage space needed for it (even as small as it is!). The liquid eyeliner, I just cannot get used to. I have one friend that can use liquid eyeliner. The rest of us just can't keep that line straight. The donut was delicious! So that means I spent all that money on three things that I'll actually use. Totally not worth it.

I had to go through Paypal to cancel their ability to take out any more money! I will be filing a better business complaint on Monday.

BE careful when getting involved with this company, If you forget to hold a delivery, they will NOT what so ever stop and hold it or refund you. Even if it is one day after. They will charge you the full amount, they send repeat things all the time. Definitely not worth it, go to a place that will be understanding and issue a refund, The order wasn't even sent out and i was charged and they refused to cancel the delivery!!!!!

I've been subscribed to this box for about 2.5 years now and am tired of the constant repeat items. I've received duplicate items for pretty much everything from books to toiletries. It not so bad when it's an item that you can use up like a candle, food, makeup, etc. But I don't need 3 of the same book, baseball hat,(just got the 3rd one today) jewelry sets, etc, etc. I've subscribed to several different boxes and have never had a problem with any other company sending duplicate items. They need to update their stock asap because this is beyond ridiculous.
