The box is nice, you do get a good amount of quality products. The down fall is their customer service, I canceled my box due to price but was still charged. When I contacted customer service I was told there was nothing they could do.
This box is FANTASTIC. When I get curated box subscriptions, I expect 1 or 2 items will be repurposed for a friend or family member because it’s not really my style or a repeat. Not with this box! I’ve gotten 2 boxes so far and can say this is the best subscription box I’ve ever gotten, hands down! Love, love, love. I’m thinking about gifting a subscription to my sister for her birthday, too. Keep up the great work!
Amazing customer service!! I had a small issue that was completely my fault. I reached out and with in minutes, pretty late on a Saturday night mind you, they emailed back and completely corrected my mistake on my order resulting in a refund and correction to my subscription. Thank you single swag !!
Not worth $40 a month. My first box was the best... today’s box not even close to what they proclaim is in your box. I don’t see $250 worth of products... major ripoff cancelled my membership.
I love this box! I am married and still loved it! The quality of the products was excellent - I'm using everything. I really enjoyed the variety -I never thought I was a headband person until the perfect one in my box-Just getting a fun box of spa care, book, jewerly, hair care, and a delicious treat - it's a great box.

I received my first box today and was a bit disappointed it had a box opened for one item and a tear in one other item. otherwise I loved the fast shipping and other things.
My box had dark chocolat (but it was so old it has wite on it), a bunch of cheap (and ugly) bracelets, a little decorative vase (very small but cute ), an ordinary gloss and a box of 5 piece sheet mask (I dont trust). I m sooo disapointed. If it was good in 2020, I m not sure what happened in 2021.
This was my first box. I was very disappointed!! The items were very dollar store like. I will try one more month before canceling.
This is a great company and box! I loved that at the beginning of the month it was there and like a little surprise. Completely worth the money!

Each of my boxes was a nice collection of bath items, inexpensive jewelry, and unusual snacks. Unfortunately the fragrances were so strong that I couldn't use the lotions and soaps. I cancelled.
Great lifestyle box & I love the products! But an even bigger plus is the great customer service! They are super fast to respond to any issues & immediately resolve the problem! I highly recommend this box & company!

This is the best box. Social isolating it has some many great products I use. I felt like I was at a spa. High quality and gives you alot of product. Love the masks and really recommend this. It is like a healthy gift for you .

SingleSwag is the best lifestyle box I've subscribed to. The other ones always had a few items I'd have to give away or were useless. I've gotten two SS boxes and adored everything in them. The variety is great compared to other boxes (a humorous book is going to be a great vacay read and who doesn't love fun socks?!). I feel like SS is more for the average person compared to ones that try to be posh or quicky or trendy. Even the jewelry they send is cuter.
The box is just okay. With a good coupon code it's not bad but still meh. The problem comes when they renew your box (with no coupon code) for $225 and then won't give you a refund even though nothing has been shipped out yet and won't for 1 - 6 months. It's definitely not worth $225 and I don't know how it's legal to charge your credit card for something that at max won't ship out for six months. Customer service is a joke so please beware before you subscribe with them. The only good thing is they ship very quickly.
This box isn't for me. Sadly my subscription won't be cancelled.
While just subscribed and awaiting my 1st box, I just wanted to pop in and share my experience with the Customer Service Department.
So, I had a problem with the 1st coupon code I had for 40%. It didn't work, but when I entered my email, I received a 30% coupon and that worked. At first, I thought nothing of it and decided to eat the cost of not getting the opportunity to use the higher of the discounted rate. Then, I decided to send an email on the off chance someone responded, because there's no #, and lo and behold, someone did.
Yesterday, I had a pleasant conversation with the rep regarding the 10% difference in the codes and this morning I woke up to an email letting me know there was a refund to my account from SingleSwag - imagine my surprise.
As stated before, I haven't received my box as yet, but so far am impressed with the level of customer care that has been meted out to me. Thank you 😃!
Excitedly and expectantly awaiting my 1st box and will be back to update the rest of the rating scale...

I was auto-renewed like others - because the boxes just plain old suck. Contacted customer service who is not helpful and told me that I signed up for the auto renew when I signed up for a subscription. That was in Dec and I have not received Dec or Jan box. I've emailed over and over to customer service with no response. They've blocked me from social media. What a scam.
While I haven't ordered yet, I just want to say that I've had great experience with customer service. I emailed 3 or 4 separate times with various questions, and Angela always got back to me within a 2 day window, which with everything going on right now, think that is quite reasonable. She even apologized once when it was maybe the 3rd day that she took so long to reply, that she had been off. She even responded to my email when I replied I was going to wait to sign up after I see how much it costs to repair my car, saying she totally understands, and that if I have any further questions, or need assistance to sign up, just let her know.
My friends make fun of me because I’m the subscription queen, but this is the only box that I’ve kept consistently and absolutely love! All of the products are amazing and always worth the cost of the box. I plan to even start gifting these during the holiday season. Highly recommend for any woman, single or not.
