This is my favorite subscription, and the only one I get anymore. Love the option of a full size with 7 - 9 products or petite option with 4 - 5 products. Nice variety of accessories, a food item, beauty products - and if there is a book, I am extra happy! Shipping notifications are timely. And if you have to contact customer service they are super helpful and kind. I just did the shop for the first time too - items I didn't get before and all at 50% off. You can't go wrong with this one. Don't worry that it's for singles - any woman would be happy to get this from teens to ladies like me in their 50s!
I love this subscription box so much! So excited for my next one to arrive. Will be sending as birthday gifts this summer; who needs to go outside when you have SingleSwag.
Although I gave it 5 stars, this month when I got my box I was quite disappointed. I have been a customer for almost close to a year now and when i received my box I got 90% duplicates of stuff I've already gotten before...I received a confirmation that I would be in fact getting the box that i was supposed to be getting , but upon receiving it i got nothing that was shown for this months box. If I'm sent an email that says I'm defiantly getting that months box, I should be getting what is shown.
I was so happy to receive the box- it really gave me such a fun experience to share with my girls. We took time to go thru each box and see what product would best serve each girl. It was perfect mom and girl time. I thank you for that.
I have several subscription boxes that were good and some I just feel as though I threw my money away. I received my welcome box super quick and was blown away! I am so excited to see what next month brings. This subscription is a keeper!! 😊

TBH- my first singles swag box was the only one I have not been disappointed by. Each box I get has less items in it, and I get items I’ve gotten in prior boxes or items that are similar to prior items. If I get another flower-shaped soap-infused bath sponge, Im going to scream. Each time I get a box, I swear I’m going to cancel my 43.00/month membership. Then life happens and I forget, until the next charge shows up on my account. I have to add that never once, has any singles swag box I have received, ever looked like the ones in their advertisements. 👎🏻

I signed up with SinglesSwag on 15 October. Everything I read online indicated that if I signed up by the 15th, I would receive the October box.
A tracking # was created under my account but when I click on it...it says a shipping label was created on 19 Oct but that as of 10/27 the USPS hasn't received the package yet. I contacted SinglesSwag to find out what the issue was. The rep told me that my SinglesSwag Oct box had been delivered on 14 Oct. I pointed out that isn't possible since I signed up on the 15th. I received my Paradise Delivered box on the 14th. The rep said not to worry because I could just check the tracking number. I pointed out that when I check, it indicates a label was created but that the box was never provided to USPS for delivery. She said she would look into why my box hasn't shipped despite a label being created almost 10 days ago.
I never heard back from the rep. I responded to her email again requesting status yesterday (10/26). Still no response.
So...I wouldn't recommend this subscription box unless you're fine with paying $ for a subscription but not receiving the subscription box and you're ok with customer service dropping the ball.
I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges for the subscription if I don't receive a response from SinglesSwag indicating the box has been shipped or my $ has been refunded....

DONNOT order from this company! They legally steal your money by auto renewing your account and not being able to cancel it. Apparently they have no control of their company
Worst customer service I have ever seen.
No email letting you know your subscription is due or of any charges. I have never had a company refuse a refund like single swag, especially when I cancelled the same day. This company is a joke. Do not waste your money. It seems great at first because you get excited. But it's a waste and they do not care about their customers.
Terrible customer service. They can do absolutely nothing for you.
My favorite item was the necklace and the infused buffer.

Although some items in their boxes are overpriced,,this is a really nice lifestyle box with lovely jewelry, snacks and bath and beauty items. I do like it and will continue my subscription.
I was so happy with my first two boxes of Singles Swag. August and September boxes both had great quality products. If I use 5 out of the 8 products, I consider it a win. The October box is very disappointing. The items have lowered quality and frankly, are not as useful. A bright red stain gloss? Not very practical. I also don’t want any more serums. I don’t use them. I hope that the November box is better . . . otherwise I am cancelling my subscription which is sad because I loved my first two boxes.
I've subscribed for 8 months now. Products are nice at first, then get extremely repetitive. The item values are overinflated. My Sept bill overcharged me $114.99!! I sent 3 emails with no response in 2 weeks. When you try to cancel, you must leave a seller message & the submit button goes offscreen on my cell (tried 7 times!). Don't waste your precious money on this scam! Therabox is a much better value!
I tried singleswag for 2 boxes and I realized that I didn't care for it because there's no theme. I have many other boxes that are centered around a theme so all the products fit into that theme.
Singlesswag has a formula, yes, a piece of jewelry, makeup, maybe a snack or something food useful, or book. But when I get it, to me it's just a bunch of random things thrown together. Even though some are very good products, I find that the lack of theme makes me less excited.
I also HATE that they overvalue their jewelery. The thing they send are worth no more than $15 but are valued at 50-70 dollars at times.
Overall I like this box and I appreciate that they offer generous coupon offers. Some months the curation is perfect for me but other months are so far off I wouldn't use a single product. You really have to watch for spoilers and make sure you pay attention to the billing date so you can cancel if you don't like what's in the upcoming month's box. I've not had problems with being billed after canceling.
This was our second box. Our first box came in this cute colorful box marked with Singlesswag, this box was an unmarked brown box. Inside it was a mess. The book looked lie something had spilled all over it. It was dry and the rest of the box was dry so it had been repackaged. The unicorn drink holders one was ripped and the box was torn and missing. The smash crispy was fine. The jewelry set part of the box was missing and the earrings were crushed.
When I tried to contact the company on Facebook I was asked one question, "What items are damaged" when I answer I was ignored. Then I asked the question, What should I do if I received a damaged box? My question was removed from Facebook and I was blocked an unable to post anything else.
I was finally emailed and they said they would send something to replace the damaged item. So disappointed in how I was treated.

We're as disappointed as you to hear that your August products were delivered in an unmarked brown box. It sounds like your original branded box got damaged in the shipping process and the shipper repackaged it. Replacements of the items that were damaged have already been mailed to you.

I love this box! It is absolutely amazing! I love everything in it! The whole box came 1 week after I ordered! That is the fastest a box has ever come! I am so happy with it! Will for sure continue my subscription!
