Worst customer service I have ever seen.
No email letting you know your subscription is due or of any charges. I have never had a company refuse a refund like single swag, especially when I cancelled the same day. This company is a joke. Do not waste your money. It seems great at first because you get excited. But it's a waste and they do not care about their customers.
Terrible customer service. They can do absolutely nothing for you.

I've subscribed for 8 months now. Products are nice at first, then get extremely repetitive. The item values are overinflated. My Sept bill overcharged me $114.99!! I sent 3 emails with no response in 2 weeks. When you try to cancel, you must leave a seller message & the submit button goes offscreen on my cell (tried 7 times!). Don't waste your precious money on this scam! Therabox is a much better value!
This was our second box. Our first box came in this cute colorful box marked with Singlesswag, this box was an unmarked brown box. Inside it was a mess. The book looked lie something had spilled all over it. It was dry and the rest of the box was dry so it had been repackaged. The unicorn drink holders one was ripped and the box was torn and missing. The smash crispy was fine. The jewelry set part of the box was missing and the earrings were crushed.
When I tried to contact the company on Facebook I was asked one question, "What items are damaged" when I answer I was ignored. Then I asked the question, What should I do if I received a damaged box? My question was removed from Facebook and I was blocked an unable to post anything else.
I was finally emailed and they said they would send something to replace the damaged item. So disappointed in how I was treated.

We're as disappointed as you to hear that your August products were delivered in an unmarked brown box. It sounds like your original branded box got damaged in the shipping process and the shipper repackaged it. Replacements of the items that were damaged have already been mailed to you.
Don't subsibe to them! I had contacted customer service because my first box was super messed up. They wouldn't refund the rest of my subscription so I opted to not renew. I have emails showing that. They still renewed it. I'm now trying to get my money back and no one is contacting me back. I've even emailed the owner. And there is no phone number.
I have seen this box here on Cratejoy platform and signed up to try. I was charged again right after for the August box before I received my first box and when I wanted to cancel the August box, I was told no. They are nice to you until they get your credit card number.
I did not like the first box and the second box has not been shipped yet, so what is the point for a bad customer service and all of the negativity?

SinglesSwag is a literal dumping ground of off-brands and poor quality products. I signed up because in looking at past boxes, SS contained books and hats and high quality makeup, and I was excited to receive these goodies. I have received 3 boxes so far (I signed up for a 6 month subscription), and I have kept maybe 1-2 items from each, and either donated, gave away or straight up threw away the rest.
The prices seem outrageous, and in researching the products and brands, I have found several prices that SS has over inflated by almost double. They are lying to their customers and giving them sub-par products. I have found items from SS at my local dollar store.
I regret purchasing this subscription, and if I hadn't already paid for 6 boxes up front, I would stop them now. I will 100% not be renewing after my first subscription ends.
This is one of the WORST services of its type. The products are literal crap! They are cheap and absolutely worthless. They have a food product in each box, small snack sized, and without doubt it is dry, tasteless and seems well past expiration date. And this company auto-renews at random....my auto-renewal for the next 3 months was $114+. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST WORTHLESS THING I RECEIVE IN THE MAIL.
These people are very shady. I accidentally ordered this twice and immediately contacted them for a refund. They waited several days to tell me they were sending both and charging me twice. Lost a potential long term customer for a greedy extra charge.
This box was actually the worst I've ever gotten. I have bought and subscribed to a lot of boxes over the years and this was the most disappointing.
First of all, it took forever. But I will let it go because of the lockdown.
Second, the items in the box were dreadful. I looked at reviews and decided it was worth a shot because it came with a book and snacks and stuff that I could use. What I got instead was a waste of money, nothing useful, and the items were leaking.
Nothing about this nox was anything like what I was expecting from the reviews of that months box.
I was then informed by my bank that SinglesSwag had taken another payment for another box before I had even received the first one. The customer service is absolutelt terrible and took nearly 2 weeks to respond to me.
I do not want the next month's box (which would be June 2020), and they refuse to give me a refund on the payment they took earlier then they were supposed to, and they refuse to cancel the June box. Instead of giving me the refund, they will give me a discount on Julys box. Which is completely useless because I never want another box from this company ever again, 1 was enough money wasted.
The fact that they refuse to give a refund or cancel a box half a month before they even ship it is ridiculous. Also, you can tell that...
This box automatically renews every month EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL. They charge your account late on the 15th then when you notice the charge it's too late to get a refund because it has to be done by the 15th. I was charged twice in December and they won't even refund that money.
So Disappointing. Nothing like the boxes on the website. Bunch of no name brands. First I asked for no jewelry. They sent me the ugly necklace and list it as 58.00. I bet I could get this for $0.99 cents at Walmart. It is super ugly and super cheap. They asked me a lot of questions about preferences and then ignored the preferences entirely. There is a passport cover. It's cute but listed as $28.00...? Seriously...can get on Amazon under $10.00. I specifically said no to all Essential Oils and yet they sent me one. They rest is no name (aka generic) eye makeup which I said no to eye shadow and an ugly shade of lipstick. Not worth more than 25.00 max.
I would not recommend anyone to order from this company. They are profit driven and do not care about the customer. REFUSE to refund; will charge your account even after you have cancelled subscription buyer be aware. Read fine print. Horrible customer service experience
I would never recommend this subscription box to ANYONE. Ever. Unless your interested in waiting for months to get your package and communicating with people who can't solve problems, I wouldn't waste your time or money on this box.
I wanted to try it out because I had seen it on Instagram and thought it would fun to splurge a little and pamper myself. Big mistake. After two week of checking the mailbox and not getting a package, I looked at my tracking number and it had been returned to the original sender. I emailed customer service and they sent a second box and the same thing happened again. The second box was returned to the original sender. I emailed the customer service again and asked for a refund of my money because I wasn't interested in waiting for a third package to be sent.
Customer service was rude and didn't seem to understand what my problem was. I hated that I had to resolve this issue over email because they don't have a phone customer service line. I had to wait a few days for an email response that was less than helpful. The frustration and effort I had to put into getting the box sent to my house was unreal and ruined the excitement of getting a subscription box.
Pray that you do not have any issues with your order, because it is impossible to get in contact with a REAL person! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very disappointed.
Be very careful subscribing for more then a month at a time I just got effd BIG TIME at a cost of $200+ and will continue to warn people as they will not email you when your subscription is nearing the end.
I canceled my subscription due to financial reasons and STILL got auto-renewed. And now I am being told that they cannot reverse the charge that was made AN HOUR before I complained about it. Sad, because I would have come back to them when I had the money for it again as I had enjoyed their box subscription. SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY WITH NO WARNING OF UPCOMING CHARGE. DO NOT subscribe as their customer service is TERRIBLE.
I could give zero stars if I could. The problem isn’t with the box itself but from the customer service. I was auto renewed for the next 6 months that I didn’t authorize or want. I reached out via email (there is no phone number) two days in a row and received no reply. Second day I reached out via Facebook messenger. They told me they could not refund my money. This was June 16th, my first box on the new subscription won’t even be shipped until July 1 so I gave them plenty of notice. They just said hope you enjoy your box. I said I didn’t want it and asked for a supervisor. They said one would reach out via email. It’s now day 10 and no email from them. I reached out again today via fb and also left a comment on their page about my experience. They deleted the comment and blocked me from leaving comments as well as blocked me from messaging them. STAY AWAY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Like a lot of the other negative reviews, I'm extremely disappointed in SinglesSwag's customer service at this moment. Not only were there zero communication from SinglesSwag on the upcoming renewal,I found out it was renewed when I saw the charge on my credit card. When I reached out to rectify the situation, I got a generic answer back on how they don't give refunds after the 15th. Of course, the company charges you on the 16th to prevent customers from refuting the charges. It's extremely disingenuous to silently charge your customers a significant amount of money with zero notice and/or communication, especially since it would be something simple as an email. I cancelled my subscription due to this issue and also am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
These boxes are getting to be a total scam .
This box is cheap and not worth your time or money. Boxes are supposed to be fun, I’ve received TWO boxes, both filled with cheap dollar store junk. An emoji cookie was in my most recent April box and when I received it, the cookie was broken. Also, as an almost 30 yr old woman wtf do I want with some emoji cookie?! I’ve deleted my subscription. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I had been canceling my subscription for about two months and I am pretty sure I cancelled it completely. But anyway, they charged me for the April box and I messaged them and explained to them my situation (went into a depression because of an abusuve ex). They gave me $12 back out of $40 and I begged them to please give me back all my money because it was the only money I had because I’ve been out of a job for this. They didn’t even reply. The same thing happened to me with TheraBox and they were so sweet and responsive. I understand that there a rules to follow, but they really messed with my livelihood and couldn’t even respond to apologize. I am very hurt and although I was planning on renewing when I was more financially stable, I refuse to now because of this.
The products in the boxes are not worth the price. On top of that, they don't tell you that they automatically renew your subscription. I canceled my subscription but I am still being charged. I tried to contact the company many times and they never got back to me and blocked me!
