Q: Any chance there are vegan alternatives to the snacks available?Asked by Alicia M., April 2020
Hello thanks for contacting us. How we usually work this situation out would be that the customer lets us know in a note and we would add extra protein or another accessory or Activewear item. A lot of brands we carry say glutan free and some vegan like collegan powder or chica seed gel, hydration powder . Please let us know what other products would be vegan?

If you purchase the box for yourself we can add a Plant based protein that you can use half in a shaker but depends on the age of the child. The plant based one should be done if you make a note to us when you order. Every box is a surprise box but if you let us know we can add healthy snacks that you and kids can enjoy together.

We can go up to 3X but the activewear we add would need to be a surprise. Every month we have new items one activewear item a fitness accessory,head band, shaker cup or other plus healthy samples or protein. And more we usually add 5-8 items per box.

I have been getting this box for a bit and the company has great customer service they are always in contact with you. I was not happy one month and fixed the issue right away. They really care about the customer. The leggings and sports bra are great quality and they give you items that are different from the other fitness boxes. I only gave 4 stars on curated part is because I am vegan and I get snacks I can’t eat. Great service!!

Update: customer service has contacted me and have apologized for the disappointment and say they will make it right so I added another star to the review I will update again .....I had high hopes for this box with the pricing I expected more , their customer service contacted me right after placing the order to verify my sizes and if i had any special diet ( which I dont have special diet so should have been easy for snacks but only got 3 food items )so happy they contacted me on that. The leggings are amazing quality and fit great so good job there ( not to happy with the pizza slice design though). It was a bag not a box and there is no card in there explaining anything I got. I purchased a 3 month subscription so hopefully next 2 are better or I will not be renewing @ 224$ with shipping its about 70 a box most expensive one I am trying. I will update with next box.

I really took some solid time deciding to do something for myself and get a fitness box for motivation. I really really really wanted to be so happy with this box, and I love what I received, but not for the $ I just dropped. I’m sad to say, a notebook, energy drink, cookie and hydration samples….. does not add up to 60+. I’m happy it’s GF and I actually was needed a journal, but I guess I felt disappointed. I’m sorry, and I never like to write out stuff that could harm a small business, but I did feel like if someone else out there was like me, trying to do like this one thing for themselves… I think I thought for the price there would be more.
