Q: I had a 3 month subscription apr- June. Renewed in July for 3 more months. I still haven't received my July box. I have emailed and chatted on the app at least 4 times asking for a tracking number. Can I receive an answer or a refund ?Asked by Nicole S., August 2019
The owner of slayglam has mentioned that she doesn't always receive her messages from cratejoy. I believe that is why she asks people to contact her through other ways.
I think you should put it on here if you have talked to someone 4 different times on the social media. It's funny how they say please don't put it on the crate joy site...whyshouldn't she???. People need to know that you all need to work on your customer service! Now i think that they have a great subscription, but things need to be taken care of better!!!

From personal experience good company good stuff,if anything they need to upgrade on the packing in general,mine usually came in beat up,as far as delivery I always got mine towards the end of the month,I never got a tracking number which is a downfall for me,I usually got a hold of someone through DM's on Instagram. She has mentioned that she (the owner) does not always receive her messages here. You can message her on Facebook, Instagram, or email her at info at slayglambox dot com (sorry I wasn't able to type the email exactly use symbols for at and dot cratejoy was blocking my answer) . From my experience she's good at replying back within a few days.
I got my first slay glam box for August and I love it. The eyeshadow palette is full of great colors. I’m a single mom on a budget so this box is perfect since I also happen to love makeup. With every box having a palette included this is just right for me. I was able to customize my lipstick and eyeliner to a color I selected. And it’s just perfect for me. I only don’t like that it takes quite a bit to arrive. But it’s worth the wait !!

I had an issue with a box and was able to contact the owner of the box. I was honestly quite frustrated. She was nothing but sweet, prompt, and resolved the issue very quickly and above what I expected.
5-7 full-sized products for this price is an awesome deal. I have received two boxes now and I can't be happier. :) Follow on IG and reply when she posts a product that has color variations and she asks you what color you'd prefer. I also check the actual Slay Glam Box site too. I love the pink bag it comes in! I have been completely satisfied with the service and the products since joining. :)
I absolutely love this subscription box. She is a new one and shippimg takes some time but I promise its worth it. I have loved every box that I have gotten. She is also always able to answer your questions and is honestly such an amazing person. The makeup is amazing every month. This month we got an eyeshadow pallet from her company and the colors are so pretty and they work amazing. Give her a chance and I promise you won't regret it.
I am blow away with the quality of products. The colors and mixture of products definitely beats some of my other subscriptions. It is sad that we had to play a back and forth game to receive my products from the beginning. Evening being charged twice before I received anything, however you made up for the disappointment. I do not have social media or care for it, but I will tell others about your products. Thank you.
